Vision

We firmly believe in building small teams that are highly skilled and deeply committed, capable of developing truly exceptional technological solutions. Our Big Hairy Audacious Goal —or BHAG, as it is known by its English acronym— is to open 114 offices in the next 10 years, each with between 50 and 100 employees. In this way, we seek to expand our vision of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement on a global scale.

Our Hiring Process

What to expect

Once you submit your resume it is reviewed by our HR staff. If the resume matches our requirements for the position they will reach out via Phone/Whatsapp to talk to you about the job and see if it makes sense to move forward with an interview.

In person interview
On the day of the interview, please arrive to the office early. One of our core values is being frugal with time and money. We don't like it when people waste our time. Depending on the role you are interviewing for, we will ask you a series of questions and possibly have you solve a few puzzles or even code on the dry erase board. We are trying to verify that you have the skills you claim on your resume.

Technical Interview
For a technical interview, any technologies that you list on your resume might trigger a question. Our interviewers have experience with a lot of different types of technology. If you don't know how to do something, we recommend removing it from your resume.

The Decision
After the interviews, we will hold an internal meeting to discuss the candidates and select the person that best matches our needs. It is normal for us to have several people applying for each position. We do our best to make a decision quickly but sometimes it takes a bit longer than we'd like. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
