Who we are
DevOcho was started with the mission of creating opportunities in areas of the world that simply don't have that many opportunities. The first country we are working in is the Dominican Republic where the unemployment rate for girls between the ages of 16 to 25 is over 20%. It's over 10% for boys of the same age. There is also an issue with girls not completing middle and high-school with a nearly 60% dropout rate. It's our goal to be a part of the solution by creating opportunities for young men and women.
We proudly offer a paid comprehensive training program to new employees to help them upskill in the areas of Software Development, DevOps, UI/UX Design, Data Science (AI/ML), QA testing, and Scrum Master.
