Our mission is to design and develop personalized software solutions with the highest quality standards that promote sustainable growth, foster innovation, and strengthen operational excellence in the service of our customers.
Our Vision
We firmly believe in the construction of highly capable and deeply committed teams, capable of developing exceptional technology solutions. Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal), is to open 114 offices with between 50 and 100 employees first in the Dominican Republic and then throughout the world. In this way, we seek to expand our vision of excellence and provide opporunities in traditionally underserved areas, creating opportunities for great jobs in more rural areas.

Meet Our Leadership
Kenny Pyatt
CEO & Co-founder
Kenny has more than 20 years of experience leading companies and managing software teams. Starting his career in technology with a website design business he started while in college, his professional career has since lead him to bigger and more challenging projects working for various areas and industries ranging from small business service companies to large Fortune 500 companies. He has successfully delivered more than 200 custom software projects (so far) in his career with budgets from $50,000 into the millions. Kenny still writes code and He loves it when his code passes all the `pre-commit tests`. Kenny actually wrote the code for this site with the help of one of our UI/UX wizards, Ambar.
Julie Pyatt
CFO & Co-founder
Julie oversees all aspects of the Accounting and Finance teams. She also has more than 20 years experience working in Finance and Accounting for large and small companies while leading teams of people. She has worked for businesses of varying sizes in different industries, including small businesses and Fortune 500 companies in both the private and public sector. She is happiest when the books are balanced and the forecasts are finished.
Sagrario Medina
HR Manager
Sagrario has a wealth of education including Bachelor's Degrees in Marketing and Industrial Psychology as well as Master's Degrees in Human Resources and Business Coaching. She holds International Certifications in Happiness Management, Coaching and Emotional Salary and has 16 years of experience in strategic talent management in national and multinational companies. She is specialized in creating positive and productive work environments through workplace happiness strategies, coaching and implementing emotional salary strategies. She is passionate about organizational transformation, talent development and process optimization to enhance team engagement and performance and is committed to continuous improvement and innovative initiatives that drive business growth while fostering employee wellbeing.
Who we are
DevOcho was started with the mission of creating opportunities in areas of the world that simply don't have that many opportunities. The first country we are working in is the Dominican Republic where the unemployment rate for girls between the ages of 16 to 25 is over 20%. It's over 10% for boys of the same age. There is also an issue with girls not completing middle and high-school with a nearly 60% dropout rate. It's our goal to be a part of the solution by creating opportunities for young men and women.
We proudly offer a paid comprehensive training program to new employees to help them upskill in the areas of Software Development, DevOps, UI/UX Design, Data Science (AI/ML), QA testing, and Scrum Master.
