About DevOcho
DevOcho is a full service custom software development company based in the US and Dominican Republic. We specialize in web based database applications. We also have experience integrating AI into existing systems. Our team is capable of almost anything you can imagine.
What do we mean by "full service"? Great question. When you outsource a project, it's tempting to just hire developers or QA analysts offshore. Our founder learned, while he was working with large companies, that contracting an entire Scrum team offshore was much more effective (faster and higher quality). That is how we've built DevOcho. We provide full Scrum teams with Scrum Masters, UI/UX, Developers, QA, and DevOps.

Kenny Pyatt
Co-Founder and President
Kenny has more than 20 years of experience owning companies and leading software teams. He started his first business when he was in college. He has also worked for several small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. He has successfully delivered more than 200 custom software projects (so far) in his career with budgets from $50,000 into the millions. He loves it when his code passes all the automated tests.
Julie Pyatt
Co-Founder and CFO
Julie oversees all aspects of the Accounting and Finance teams. She also has more than 20 years experience working in Finance and Accounting for large and small companies while leading teams of people. She has worked for small businesses, Fortune 500, and for government clients. She is happiest when the books are balanced and the forecasts are finished.

HR Manager
Sagrario has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Master’s in Human Resources Management, with extensive experience in strategic talent management in national and multinational companies. Specialized in creating positive and productive work environments through workplace happiness strategies, coaching, and emotional salary. Passionate about organizational transformation, talent development, and process optimization to enhance team engagement and performance. Committed to continuous improvement and the implementation of innovative initiatives that drive business growth and employee well-being.

Our offices are located in the beautiful city of Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. The above picture honestly doesn't do it justice. The mountains in the background are stunning, and it's about an hour from the beach. Feel free to come visit us as part of your due diligence. We love to host visitors and there are 43 direct flights from the USA including: Houston, NYC, Newark, Fort Lauderdale, Boston, and Miami. Everyone else is normally just one connection away.
