This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the information you provide through our website, a lead-generation and job application tool for our technology services in the USA and Dominican Republic. We collect the following information when you interact with our website:Contact Forms: When you submit a contact form to inquire about our services, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and any message details you share.
Job Applications: When you apply for a job, we collect your name, email address, resume, and any additional information you include in your application.
Website Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous data about how visitors use our website, such as IP addresses, browser types, device information, and pages visited. This helps us improve our site but doesn’t identify you personally.
Administrative Access: If you’re an administrative user (e.g., our staff), we collect login credentials, including encrypted passwords, to secure access to our systems.

Storage: Your information is stored in a MySQL database hosted on secure Digital Ocean servers in New York City, USA.
Security: We use HTTPS/SSL encryption (via Let’s Encrypt certificates) to protect data during transmission. Administrative passwords are encrypted. While resumes, job applications, and contact form submissions are not encrypted in our database, we maintain strict access controls to safeguard your information.
Data Retention: We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by law. For example, job application data is retained for one year unless you’re hired, and contact form data is kept for up to two years for potential follow-up.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, which may process your data:
Google Analytics: Collects anonymous website usage data to help us improve our site. Learn more at Google’s Privacy Policy.
Google Workspace (Gmail): Used for email communication, including responding to inquiries or job applications.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services we request. We do not allow them to use your information for their own purposes.

Since our primary offices are in the Dominican Republic, contact form submissions and job applications from the USA are transferred to the Dominican Republic for processing. We ensure these transfers comply with Dominican Republic’s Law No. 172-13, which requires adequate data protection measures, such as secure transmission and storage.

Under Law No. 172-13, we process your personal data based on your consent (by submitting a contact form or job application) and for specific purposes outlined in this policy. We ensure your data is handled transparently, securely, and in accordance with your rights to access, correct, or delete your information.
