Executive Administrative Assistant to the President

The opportunity
We are looking for a game-changing Administrative Assistant to guide and support the ever-evolving needs of our growth-minded team. This role will serve to empower the Executive leadership team and direct reports to their greatest leadership potential, clearing roadblocks each step of the way. Organized is your middle name. Our ideal candidate will have had experience as an administrative or executive assistant, paralegal, legal assistant, or a practice manager - you’re professional, detail-oriented, and can move quickly between a variety of different projects.
What you'll do
- This position will serve as the right arm to the President and will have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally as we rapidly scale our business. This is a rare opportunity to provide executive administration support to a rapidly growing startup. The scope of work is always changing and evolving and no two days will ever be the same.
- Provide support to the President and other members of the executive leadership team
- Coordinate internal meetings, manage all logistics and collaborate with stakeholders to determine meeting agendas and objectives
- Implement consistent branding and design guidelines to create visually engaging and informative slide decks for presentations
- Work closely with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevancy for presentations
- Own the monthly “El Ocho” report for the company. Including collecting reports from every department and assembling them into a combined report for the executive team.
- Conduct internal research, analyze data to identify trends and prepare presentations with actionable insights for executive-level meetings
- Assist in crafting clear and concise communications, including emails, announcements and reports
- Plan, organize, and manage all resources (people and materials) for the successful execution of special projects
- Plan and coordinate recurring leadership meetings and company events
- Act as a facilitator or host to a variety of meetings (both in-person and virtual)
- Prepare a variety of highly confidential, specialized, and recurrent reports
- Arrange conference calls and travel arrangements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Who you are
- 3+ years of professional experience in a business environment
- Experience supporting a C-level executive or partner(s) in a law firm
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn new technologies, including Google Workspace
- A high level of discretion regarding sensitive and confidential information
- A strong desire for growth, feedback, and ongoing learning
- Superior organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt in stressful situations

- Advanced in English and Spanish (both verbal and written)

Employer work visa sponsorship and support are not provided for this role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the Dominican Republic and must maintain authorization to work in the Dominican Republic throughout their employment with our company.
Salary Range
DevOcho seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the country and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.
Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
